So just IM if u got a snowday. I got AIM set to ring when u sign on so I'll probably notice. I might not right away cause I got my sound turned up on my PS2 but just IM me a few times and I'll eventually see it or hear it.

Hey we got a snowday today. We haven't had any yet but its cool to have one now cause we got a 3 day weekend.

Anyways I'm gonna play SOCOM II but my Ps2 is like only 3 feet from my computer and I'll leave myself on AIM with the volume way up so if u got a snowday too we might be able to play RoN.

hmmm, GR: JS doesn't look so great anymore, it kinda looks alot like the old PS2 one. I heard they are still using the same old GR engine so graphics look sucky, but if its fun I would still buy it. Screenshots look ok, but for a military sim its cool to have it look like the real thing. Maybe online is cool though, Ill probably rent it when its out.

SC: PT looks really cool though. I'm gonna buy that one. I heard online is 2v2. It's got voice chat support too. In EGM they said spies can shoot a enemy with this one bullet and then they can hear whatever that enemy says over the radio. Sounds pretty fun. I wonder if Dan is gonna get it on Xbox or PS2, because it would be cool to play it online.

Also in EGM they said that Battlefield 1942 is gonna come onto PS2. They also said they are thinking about letting PS2 players to play against people on PC. I hope they add Desert Combat mod into the game though, BF1942 is cool but DC would make it an awesome game.

Ohhh, the HDD comes out in March. I hope they got lots of stuff to d/l for socom II. I'm wishing they add the M249 SAW to the game. In a promo picture for SOCOM II they got a seal with a M249 but its not in the game that sucks cause the M63A sucks and the M60 is a noob cannon. Oh well until then I'll use my trusty M14.

I'm gonna buy MGS:TS when that comes out. I heard people saying it looked better than MGS: SOL. But I dunno until I get it.

Btw, OWRS won the auction for champcar. The IRL was trying to run champcar out of business by just bidding on their stockpile of 100 Cosworth engines. Since each one costs like $250,000, there would be no way champcar could run next year without those engines. But it turns out Cosworth had a clause in their original contract that said they reserved the right to buy back their engines at any time for $10 each! So if the IRL had bought the engines, Cosworth would've just bought the engines back for 10 bucks each and given them back to champcar, lol!

They canceled school again today - that's the third time this week. I don't think I've ever had more than one snow day in a week and now we've had three. This time it was because of the cold. The windchill is about 50 below right now.

Yay, Blogger's working again. I don't know what I did, I just reentered all the publishing settings back into Blogger. I didn't actually change any of them. Well, it's working again. I have another snow day. First time ever in my life that we've had two snow days in a row. Post if you can play RoN tonight. I'll be free probably around 7.30 tonight.

Woohoo, we bought a home network today. We got Microsoft's wireless-b base station and a laptop receiver for my mom's laptop. I'm on it right now, sitting in the kitchen watching CSI Miami, the champcar episode. Having a network is really cool. And actually, being on the wireless network isn't any slower than normal.

I've never watched CSI or CSI: Miami before. It's not a very good show, but it's cool that they have champcar in this episode. Have you heard the lastest on the champcar buyout? It looks like it's going to be a bidding war between OWRS, which is made up of three champcar team owners who want to keep CART going, and Tony George, who wants to buy out CART so that he can merge it with the IRL. The court hearing is on Wednesday. After that, or maybe after Thursday morning, we'll know whether champcars have a future or not.

Did you have a snow day today? Duluth got about 25 inches. We got maybe 12 inches. It was really nice to have a day off.
